Coastal Path from Tyddyn Isaf
The Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Mon) is surrounded by up to 125 miles of picturesque coastline and is one of the best ways to experience Anglesey and all it has to offer.
Tyddyn Isaf Camping and Caravan Park is located on the coast of Anglesey and sits alongside the coastal footpath. Camping and Caravanning at Tyddyn Isaf provides the perfect opportunity for walkers and dogs to explore the scenic coastline with its diverse landscapes, historical and cultural landmarks, and to witness the wildlife that thrives on land, sea and air.
95% of Anglesey’s coastline is designated an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” (AONB) whereby the landscape and habitants are protected from any disruption such as development. Tyddyn Isaf Caravan Park is situated within an AONB and our ethos is to maintain and enrich Anglesey’s natural environment by working towards being a carbon zero campsite.

If you are looking for a leisurely stroll from Tyddyn Isaf – you can walk to the closest town of Amlwch, or the small fishing of Moelfre via the coastal path (7.1 km).
The coastal path will expose many hidden locations that you may not have discovered otherwise, for example, Traeth Yr Ora – a remote sandy beach that can only be accessed on foot. You will also find the remains of a stranded ship on Dulas Bay beach that invites you to investigate its story.
Anglesey is a haven for bottlenose dolphins, porpoises, and seals, all of which can be sighted from the coastal footpath. They are most frequently spotted in Bull Bay, Red Wharf Bay, and Porth Llaneilian.

There are many walking routes right across Anglesey, with scenic routes right here at Tyddyn Isaf Camping and Caravan Park. Our mature woodland, Wendy Wood, and the private footpath to Lligwy beach are perfect for short strolls with dogs, or for the more adventurous guest there are abundance of longer circular routes.
