A Traditional Caravan Park, Carefully Developed Over 50 Years

Tyddyn Isaf has been owned and run by our family for over 50 years, and the park you see today has evolved with care, patience and long-term thinking.

Set above Lligwy Beach on the east coast of Anglesey, the park enjoys panoramic sea views towards Snowdonia and along the North Wales coast. A private footpath leads directly to the beach, while the park itself remains spacious, open and thoughtfully landscaped.

Rather than quick development, we have focused on quality, sustainability and balance. In 1990 we planted Wendy Wood, now a mature woodland enjoyed by owners and their families for dog walking, picnics and quiet moments. Red squirrels, barn owls and over 80 species of birds have been spotted within the grounds, adding to the sense of being surrounded by nature without feeling isolated.

Space, Views and Thoughtful Siting

Tyddyn Isaf retains the feel of a traditional caravan park, where space and outlook matter. All holiday homes are positioned on brick-built bases with solid patios, balconies, and flower borders carefully terraced to maximise views and sit naturally within the landscape.

We do not allow decking, ensuring the park retains its open character and long-term visual quality. Owners regularly comment on how unspoilt and uncrowded the park feels — something increasingly rare.

We are also a pet-friendly park, with plenty of space to explore both on site and along the coastline.

Owner-Only Facilities, Modern Comforts and An Extended Season

All facilities at Tyddyn Isaf are exclusively for owners and their guests only, reinforcing privacy and community.

On site you’ll find:
A licenced coffee shop, perfect for relaxed mornings or catching up with neighbours over a glass of wine or a pint of local craft ale.
A gym, available exclusively for park use
High-speed internet to every pitch, allowing you to stay connected when you choose (and switch off when you don’t!)

We are also open from 1st March until 5th January, making it easy to enjoy spring walks, long summer stays, crisp autumn weekends and peaceful winter views.
