Tyddyn Isaf is located on the north-east coast of the island of Anglesey, North Wales.

Yes, we do have a high-speed wi-fi system across the park and guests can opt to buy a 1 day, 3 day or a 7 day pass to use the service from the comfort of their pitch. Alternatively, guests can take advantage of 30 minutes free wi-fi in our main building (during opening hours only).

We have the following facilities: A small shop, a restaurant, a bar, laundry facilities, toilet and shower facilities, a large children’s play area, a woodland walk and a private footpath through to Lligwy Bay. To find out more details about our facilities please follow this link

Yes we do have a washing machine and tumble dryer available for our guests to use.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your pets on holiday with you. We just ask that you keep your dogs under control and on a short lead when on the park. We also ask that you clear any fouling immediately.

Yes, Lligwy Beach is dog friendly all year round.

Yes, if you don’t fancy the short stroll to the beach then you can turn right out of the park entrance and left at the T-junction to the beach car park.

There are boat launching facilities at Traeth Bychan (2.4 miles) and at Llaneilian (3.5 miles)

The nearest village in Moelfre (1.7 miles). The nearest towns are Benllech (3.4 miles) and Amlwch (4.5 miles).

Benllech and Amlwch both have small supermarkets, however you will find larger stores in Llangefni or Bangor.

Yes we accept all major personal credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

Yes we have a freezer that is accessible 24 hours a day in which you may freeze your ice blocks.

Holiday Homes

The life of a holiday home on Tyddyn Isaf Caravan Park is 15 years.

You are welcome to use your holiday home as much as you wish between 1st March and 31st October each year.

No, all of our holiday homes are privately owned and are not available to hire.

Close family i.e. parents, children, brothers and sisters are permitted to use your touring caravan when you are not present. We just ask that you let us know or ask them to introduce themselves to us on their first visit.

No, you are not allowed to sub-let or hire out your holiday home.

No, we do not allow decking as it is not in keeping with the rest of the park. Each of our pitches does however have a large paved patio area with the option of privacy trellis.

Seasonal Pitches

The dates vary each year, however seasonal touring caravan owners are generally able to visit as many times as they wish between the second Saturday in March and the penultimate Sunday in October

No, we do not allow awnings to be left up when you are not staying at your touring caravan.

Close family i.e. parents, children, brothers and sisters are permitted to use your touring caravan when you are not present. We just ask that you let us know or ask them to introduce themselves to us on their first visit.

Friends however, are only allowed to use your touring caravan if you are also present.

Yes, visitors are more than welcome to join you for the day and overnight stays.

Yes, we have the facility to store your touring caravan over the winter season.

No, but we do have a secure space available in which you may store your boat.

Camping and Touring

If you are staying for longer than 5 nights then yes, you may request a pitch. We are unable to guarantee any pitch requests, especially those that are for less than 5 nights as longer bookings will always be given priority.

No, we simply ensure that all of our guests have plenty of space. Please bear in mind however that we allocate your pitch based on the size that you stipulate when you book, and that not all pitches are suitable for all sizes of unit.

Groups with more than 3 units may not be accepted, however this must be discussed prior to booking.
We do not allow single sex groups of more than three persons, or unsupervised persons under the age of eighteen.

Our premium pitches are all-weather pitches with 16A electricity, grey waste drainage and a water point on the base whereas our standard pitches are grass pitches with or without electricity.

You are welcome to arrive anytime from 12 noon onwards. If you do arrive earlier your pitch may not be available, but you are wait whilst relaxing with a coffee in our main building.

You must vacate your pitch by 11am.

In some circumstances we may be able to offer you a late check out, however, if your pitch has been booked you will unfortunately be required to leave by 11am.

Yes, you are more than welcome to invite visitors to join you for a day. You can even bring them for a drink in our meal in our restaurant with you if you wish.

Yes, we do. Our hook-ups are via standard blue 240v IP44 electrical connectors protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) for safety designed to cut off the supply in the event of a fault occurring in your connecting lead, caravan or appliance. Your caravan/camping supply board must also have its own protective RCD and we recommend that you have your electrics checked by a qualified electrician each year.

You can use any appliance that are low amp, or specifically designed for camping or touring.

Yes, however we do ask that you keep them elevated off the grass so as to not scorch it. All BBQ’s and fire pits must be extinguished by 10pm at the latest.

Yes, we accept tents, touring caravans, campervans and motorhomes.


No, moving your booking now would mean you lose your reservation and it would be classed as a cancellation with no refund offered.

No, your pitch must be paid for in full for the time period booked. If you are required to leave early for a medical reason then you should be able to claim this back on your travel insurance.

Yes, we do, however there is an additional charge.

No, you are not eligible to a refund unless you are able to provide a Doctor’s note, death certificate or court summons. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.


Table bookings are not essential; however, we do strongly advise that you book a table to avoid disappointment. Table bookings can be made at any time by emailing restaurant@tyddynisaf.co.uk.

Yes, we are. We just ask that you book a table in advance and we may ask you to place a pre-order for your food.

Yes, we do. We just ask that you let us know prior to placing your order.

Yes, we have a wide range of menu items that are suitable for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet plan.

We do not allow dogs in our main restaurant – we do however have two wonderful heated beach huts that are dog-friendly. You are more than welcome to bring your dog bed with you too!

Yes, our entire menu is available to eat in or to take-away – perfect for if you fancy al fresco dining by your accommodation.
