A Royal Celebration: Coronation Festivities at Tyddyn Isaf

The coronation of His Majesty, King Charles III, took place on Saturday 6th May and marked the first coronation since 1953.

The monumental day was celebrated here at Tyddyn Isaf Camping and Caravan Park with our guests having their very own “street party” at their pitches, and out on our patio, along with British flags, bunting, hats, bows, and personalized outfits to mark the historical occasion.

Many of our guests decorated their accommodation from tents to statics, with red, white and blue. It was such a delight to see everyone in such high spirits and enjoying the moment, the views, atmosphere and their company here at Tyddyn Isaf.

Not only did our human guests enjoy the day, but our furry visitors also joined in! As a dog-friendly camping and caravan park, we believe dogs deserve a holiday too and we very much enjoyed seeing them participate in the coronation festivities!

We are honoured that our guests chose us to be their caravan and camping park of choice to celebrate their bank holiday weekend, and we hope that you have made many wonderful memories that you and your family will treasure.
