Booking Terms and Conditions 2017

General Terms and Conditions

Guests are welcome to arrive between the hours of 11.00am and 9.30pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 9.30pm you may be placed on a temporary pitch until the following day.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your pitch by 11.00am. Late departures may result in an additional charges.

All guests must complete a booking form. A booking is not valid until a fully completed booking form and appropriate deposit has been received and confirmed by the park.

Provisional telephone bookings will only be held for 5 working days. If no booking form or deposit is received within this time, your reservation will be cancelled.

Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to a charge (see cancellations).

A minimum of 3 nights must be booked over all bank holiday weekends.

All prices include VAT at 20%. The park reserves the right to modify our prices at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booked holiday where its guests have failed to disclose all material fact as required on booking.

 

Deposits

A deposit of £60 is required per pitch for any stay under 5 nights.

A deposit of £100 is required per pitch for any stay of 5 – 7 nights duration

A deposit of £100 per week is required per pitch for any stay greater than 7 nights duration.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances

Deposits paid by card will incur a £2.00 booking fee at the time of processing.

 

Group Bookings

Groups with more than 3 units may not be accepted. Please discuss prior to booking.

We do not allow single sex groups of more than three persons, or unsupervised persons under the age of eighteen.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation of a booking by the client must be made in writing.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances

If written notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days in advance of the arrival day the deposit may be transferred to another date within the 2017 season, subject to availability. In these circumstances one nights pitch fee will be charged by way of administration.

No transfer of dates can be given to cancellations notified 10 days or less prior to the date of arrival.

Pitches will only be held until 9.30pm on the booked arrival date (unless you notify the park). After this time your booking will be cancelled.

There will be no refunds of any unused nights if you leave the park prior to your booked departure date.

Pitch fees or pitches are not transferable to another party.

Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation due to ill health or inclement weather conditions.  Such policies are available from the camping and caravan club: http://www.campingandcaravanclub.co.uk/insurance/tent-insurance/.

 

Special Requests

We will make every effort to meet special requests in terms of pitch allocation, however we are unable to guarantee specific pitches under any circumstances, especially during high season.

We are unlikely to be able to honour pitch requests during high season for bookings of less that 7 nights duration.

Pitches requests will be allocated in order of date of booking.

 

Noise Policy

We operate a zero tolerance policy for persons whose behaviour or noise causes disturbance to other guests. The park management reserve the right to refuse admission and ask guests to leave where necessary. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances.

We do not expect to hear any noise outside of the boundary of your pitch after 10.00pm.

 

Breach of Rules

By making a booking at Tyddyn Isaf Caravan Park we consider that you are in acceptance of any information published on our website, and around the park. Tyddyn Isaf Caravan Park reserves the right to refuse any booking, or to ask any person to leave the park in the event that any rules are breached.

The park rules are clearly displayed on notice boards throughout the park.

 

Loss/Damage

Tyddyn Isaf cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle, tent or caravan or its contents whilst on the park.

 

Services

Tyddyn Isaf cannot be held responsible to the failure of any mains services beyond our immediate control (i.e. gas, electricity and water).

The shop, bar and restaurant may not be open, or may have restricted hours during mid-season. This is at the parks discretion and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.

 During low season the shop, bar and restaurant will be closed.
